Most B2B companies aren't starting from zero on AI.
Everyone solved their own problem, but nobody is measuring if it's working. And none of it connects to revenue.
That's not an AI problem. That's a systems and strategy problem — and it's exactly what Roadmap can fix.
Roadmap builds AI systems that are grounded in your go-to-market — so the intelligence is specific, the outputs are useful, and the results are measurable.
There are signals that tell you AI hasn't been set up properly in your business:
No shared playbook. Every team member is using AI differently. There's no agreed-on set of workflows, prompts, or tools the company has decided to invest in.
No measurement. Time saved, errors avoided, revenue moved — nobody is tracking it. So "is this worth paying for" becomes guesswork.
Nothing compounds. Every new use case starts from scratch. Last month's experiment doesn't make next month's experiment cheaper or faster.
Roadmap's AI product line is built around one principle: AI done on purpose, connected to how your business actually runs, and measured against the revenue model that matters.

Most teams have heard of Claude. A few people are using it, everyone's doing something different, and nobody's getting consistent results. The reason isn't the tool — it's that nobody has set it up correctly. We offer two services, depending on where your business is at.
AI Onboarding For teams new to Claude, or using it inconsistently
Claude set up for your business. Connected to the tools your team already uses. The whole team trained — not just the tech-forward few.
What you get: Your Business Brain — a Claude project built in your own account, with a reference guide and prompt library configured to how your business actually runs. Two to three skills built from your priority use cases. Up to three tool connections — such as CRM, document storage, messaging, email — each tested on a real use case. Four weekly live training sessions where the team learns by doing.
The outcome: A whole team using AI tools for business the same way, with consistent results, in five weeks.
AI Next Level For teams already using Claude, but scattered
The strategy work has been done. It's sitting in a shared folder nobody can find, a drive nobody's opened in months, and the heads of three people who were in the room. AI Next Level takes everything that exists, consolidates it properly, and builds a system with real depth — so Claude acts across your stack, not just answers questions.
What you get: An audit of everything that exists and where it lives. Consolidation into structured, Brain-ready context. Three to five skills built from your actual sales process, ICP, and brand voice — not generic templates. Up to five tool connections, plus Cowork setup so Claude can act across your stack. A power-user handover session so your team runs it from day one.
The outcome: From scattered assets to a working AI system — built from what you've already written, not what you can remember.
Once your team is running on Claude properly, the product line deepens - but you don't have to start at the beginning. Game Tape Review, Competitor Intelligence, and AI Workflow Discovery each stand on their own. AI Onboarding and Next Level are the recommended foundation — because teams that have Claude properly configured get more out of every other product in the line — but they're not a prerequisite.
Your team is recording sales calls. Nothing is happening with that data.
The recordings pile up, the manager skims a few, and the reps mostly keep doing what they've always done. Game Tape Review fixes the part of the system that breaks down: the analysis happens, the coaching happens, and a playbook gets built — on a schedule, every week.
Automated Game Tape Intelligence Always-on visibility into every call
Every call scored against a six-part sales framework — introduction, exploration and discovery, critical event, objection handling, BANT qualification, and next action set. A scorecard delivered by email every week. A monthly aggregate report showing score trends per rep and per category.
Built for the sales leader who needs consistent visibility without adding another two hours of admin to the week.
Sales Call Coaching (add-on) For teams ready to change behaviour, not just measure it
Our President Steve Whittington reviews a call per rep and coaches live from the tape, every month. Talk tracks and objection responses rewritten in your reps' actual words. A running playbook your team owns — sharper every session.
The difference between training and coaching: training tells the team what good looks like. Coaching changes what happens on the next call.
You know your own pricing. You don't know where you stand against your competition — until you've lost the deal.
For manufacturers and industrial businesses, competitive pricing intelligence has always been a manual, inconsistent job. The data exists — it's on Marketbook, Ag Dealer, Kijiji, and a handful of other platforms — but pulling it together by product line, by region, by week, against the right comparable models, almost never gets done consistently.
Competitor Intelligence is an automated, model-level competitive pricing system built specifically for manufacturers. You define the three product lines that matter. Roadmap identifies the closest comparable competitor models, maps them against your own dealer listings, and delivers a structured intelligence report to your sales lead and CMO — on a schedule, every week.
For Sales — Walk in priced. Know on Monday morning where each product line sits against its direct competitor models — by dealer, by region — before the week's dealer calls.
For the CMO — See the market move. Know which competitor models are moving price or where inventory is building. See where pressure is forming on a specific product line — before it shows up in close rates.
For Planning — Plan with the landscape. Get quarterly trend reports per product-line match-up and annual market-share risk indicators per product line. This is the intelligence that used to need a dedicated analyst.
You know AI should be helping. You don't know what to build first.
Most teams know AI workflows should be helping their operation — they just don't know where to start, what the ROI actually is, or what it will cost. Without that, every AI conversation starts over. The loudest idea wins, not the best one.
AI Workflow Discovery & Plan is a focused two-week engagement that maps how your operation actually runs, scores each workflow opportunity on impact versus feasibility, models the ROI in your actual numbers, and delivers a prioritized 90-day plan with a build estimate already attached.
What you leave with:
Custom AI Workflow Build (follows from Discovery)
Every build is a fixed fee, scoped directly from your Discovery output. Both the deliverables and the price are agreed in writing before any work begins — so there are no surprises mid-build. You own every workflow. Fully portable, no lock-in.
AI produces outputs. We build outcomes. We build the intelligence layer — your ICP, your sales process, your brand voice — that turns AI output into something your team can act on and your revenue model can measure.
AI can't tell you which workflow is worth automating or which competitive gap is worth claiming. AI just surfaces the data. We interpret it, decide what to act on, and hold the system accountable to results.
We don't set up a system and hand it over. We train your team on what we built for you — so your team understands how it works, why it's configured the way it is, and how it connects back to your Go-To-Market motion.
If you don’t find value in the work that we do, you decide what to pay. We stand by our process.

Where should my business start?
Most teams start with AI Onboarding or AI Next Level — the difference comes down to one question: is your team already using Claude, or not yet? If yes but inconsistently, Next Level is the right fit. If starting from scratch, Onboarding is the entry point. Both deliver your Business Brain — so Claude knows your business before anyone types their first prompt.
If you have good working knowledge of Claude already, our stand alone services like Game Tape Review or Competitor Intelligence are a good place to start.
Do I need to have other Roadmap services in place first?
No. Each AI product stands on its own. That said, the teams that get the most out of the Business Brain are the ones who've done the underlying strategy work — clear ICP and customer understanding, defined brand positioning, documented sales process. If that work isn't done yet, we can start there.
What is the Business Brain?
It's a Claude project set up in your own account — configured with the context Claude needs to produce outputs that actually sound like your business: your customer profile, your brand voice, your sales process, your competitive position. The difference between generic Claude and a configured one is immediate and visible.
What's the difference between AI Workflow Discovery and a Custom Build?
Discovery comes first, always. It's a two-week fixed-fee engagement that produces a costed action plan — workflow maps, an opportunity matrix, an ROI model, and a build estimate. The Build is then scoped directly from that output, so both the deliverables and the price are agreed in writing before any work begins. You never commit to a build without knowing what it will cost and what it will return.
We've already tried AI tools and didn't get the results we expected. Why would this be different?
Most AI experiments stall for the same reason: the tools were generic, the inputs were weak, and nobody was accountable for the outcome. Roadmap builds AI systems that are calibrated to your specific operation — your workflows, your customers, your revenue model. The Discovery process exists precisely to identify where AI will actually move the needle in your business before any build commitment is made.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT or another AI platform?
AI platforms give you a tool. Roadmap gives you a system — built to your workflows, connected to your pipeline, and monitored for results. The platform is a means; the judgment about what to build, how to calibrate it, and what to do with the output is what we bring.
